All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

During high-volume periods such as product drops, promotions, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

Punyete ships orders using trusted courier services such as The Courier Guy.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major cities in South Africa: 1–3 business days
  • Outlying areas: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier operations.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the courier service used.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track your delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address and contact details are correct when placing an order.

Punyete cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is handled by the courier company.

While we will assist where possible, Punyete is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages during transit.
