Refund policy
1. All sales are final
- Punyete does not offer refunds or general returns once a purchase has been completed.
2. Order cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before they reach the packing or shipping stage.
- If a cancellation is approved, the refund may take 8–10 business days to reflect in the original payment method.
3. Exchanges (only for defective items)
- Items can only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged.
- Customers must email support within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
4. Address or order mistakes
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address and order details are correct before placing the order.
- Changes cannot be made after payment is processed.
5. Shipping responsibility
- Once an order is shipped, Punyete is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items during transit.
