Refund policy

1. All sales are final

  • Punyete does not offer refunds or general returns once a purchase has been completed.  

2. Order cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they reach the packing or shipping stage.
  • If a cancellation is approved, the refund may take 8–10 business days to reflect in the original payment method.  

3. Exchanges (only for defective items)

  • Items can only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged.
  • Customers must email support within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.  

4. Address or order mistakes

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address and order details are correct before placing the order.
  • Changes cannot be made after payment is processed.  

5. Shipping responsibility

  • Once an order is shipped, Punyete is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items during transit.
